1. The entry into the apartments or pool area to people not registered as guests of the establishment is not allowed.

2. The entrance of pets to the establishment is not allowed.

3. Making fires it is not allowed.

4. Ball games or any other activities that may disturb other guests are not allowed.

5. From ten at night until nine in the morning it is not allowed to make noise that might disturb guests.

6. The apartments must be left before eleven in the morning on the day of departure.

7. Guests must pay a deposit of EUR 200 on arrival to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit is fully refundable at check-out and and it is subject to an inspection by the housing to assess whether there has been any damage.
